The challenge

Build a scalable digital organization to establish a trustful long-term relationship with students and partners.

Our role

To fuel Xior’s long-term digital approach, we first performed a Zero Measurement scan based on 6 pillars: team, technology, data, organization, innovation, and governance. This led to a practical plan with new roles and responsibilities, new clear KPI’s, and a total new way of working to build a digitally innovative organization. All of which was powered by our d.Academy workshops on mastering end-to-end customer experiences to improve the team’s knowledge of all the touch points between Xior and its clients and to become more consumer centric. In addition, Digipolitans helped to co-create the vision and wireframes for the new Xior website.

About the client

Xior Student Housing is a Belgian real estate organization that was founded in 2007 and specializes in developing and renting student accommodations. In 2023, the company is the market leader in Europe, with rentable units in Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal, to which it recently also added Germany and Scandinavia thanks to its takeover of competitor Basecamp.
