Build a future-proof online machine that boosts streaming service sales in Belgium

Our role

Proximus was in need of a tangible case to increase its streaming service sales. By shrinking the scope of the challenge to one product, i.e. Netflix, forming a multidisciplinary team, and using our DCC model to better detect Netflix target groups and their needs, we were able to improve Proximus’ customer centricity mindset and install an end-to-end way of working. All with one clear goal: providing a seamless digital experience that sells more.

About the client

Proximus is the largest of three Belgian telecommunications companies and is a provider of digital services, communication, and ICT solutions through both fixed and mobile networks. It accounts for just a little over 45% of the total market share in Belgium.
